The Technology Center covers an area of approximately 1350 square meters and is a comprehensive technical department that integrates research, development, testing, and online and offline technical support for various packaging products such as pressure pumps, mist valves, and actuators. It is committed to promoting systematic and standardized management of the production and practical application of packaging products such as pressure pumps, mist valves, and actuators. It actively presides over and participates in the formulation or revision of national, industry, and group standards, and has participated in the drafting and revision of more than 20 standards.
The technology center has a professional technical service team, with engineers accounting for more than 60%. The team members have a solid theoretical knowledge foundation in polymer materials, fine chemicals, biotechnology, pharmacy, and rich work experience in packaging materials, microbiological testing, instrument analysis, and other related fields.
The Technology Center has always been built with the goal of State Key Laboratory, and has established close cooperation with Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, South China University of Technology, Sichuan Provincial Orthopaedic Hospital and other domestic scientific research institutions. At present, there are China Aerosol Valve and Press Pump Research and Development Center, provincial enterprise technology center, provincial engineering technology research center, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University teaching base, etc.
The technology center is equipped with over 100 advanced instruments and equipment, including GC-MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, FTIR, UV, Malvern Spraytec and other analytical instruments, for scientific testing, professional, efficient, and more accurate.
We have a professional technical service team familiar with the packaging product requirements in the fields of daily chemical products, pharmaceuticals, food, medical devices, etc. We can provide you with experimental services for various packaging products such as pressure pumps, aerosol valves, actuators, etc.
