Materials and Process Development
We advocate the work philosophy of "doing things well at once", strictly follow the ISO system requirements for production management, and focus on exploring and developing packaging product raw materials and production processes. We have a professional material development team, whose members have rich experience in packaging product process research and development, are familiar with various raw material characteristics and production processes, and develop more than 30 new materials annually.
We also have professional material and process development programs, and each material and process application must undergo rigorous experimental verification and strict quality and technical control.
Application of New Materials
We are guided by new materials and actively develop green and environmentally friendly packaging products. We have successfully developed various environmentally friendly plastic materials (such as PP, PE, etc.), all of which meet the requirements of green and environmentally friendly standards and can meet the needs of customers for green and environmentally friendly packaging products. Some fully plastic pump packaging products are currently applying for APR certification.
